  • Yes! We bill your insurance provider on your behalf and you will be responsible for any copays at the time of your visit. Please confirm with your insurance ahead of time that we are an in-network provider.

  • We accept both credit card and cash payments in person. You can also make credit card payments online through your patient portal or the “pay my bill” link.

    We are unable to accept personal checks at this time.

  • Yes! We offer affordable self-pay options for those who are out-of-network or are self-insured.

  • Your patient portal is used to keep all your information secure and to coordinate care between our team and you.

  • We keep credit card information on file to ensure that patient balances are settled efficiently and with minimal hassle for you. This approach helps us reduce the number of phone calls, emails, and billing statements you receive, and it also prevents situations where minor balances result in collections notices. Rest assured, you'll always be informed of any balances due, and you'll have an opportunity to settle the payment before your card is charged.
